GOING SOUTH FOR THE WINTER?
For $24 I perform a weekly or biweekly inspection while you are away. My service is designed for the vacationer, busy traveler or snow bird. Included is a report of several components of the home including windows, doors, decks, electrical outlets, thermostats, appliances. As well as exercising electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems like running fans, testing lights, smoke detectors and CO detectors and replacing if necessary. I also can collect any mail, newspapers or packages.
